Detached 18th century family 2 bedroom spacious comfortable family house. On one side of the courtyard with gravel drive and lawn and outside dining area.
Stroll up slight incline to our swimming pool 5m x 10m (+2m steps) with large patio, lawn, and flower beds, fruit trees. Ideal area to swim, sunbathe or relax in the shade and read whilst children play safely.
Beyond the pool and garden wander up to our prairie with its trees, pond, shrubs and wild orchids. Lovely views of the vines, sunflowers, woods. Walk up to the woods through the vines, excellent for bird watching (numerous birds of prey) and nature lovers.

Prairie area idea for games, 12m x 5m pool with steps.

Ideal for family in 2 bedroom La Lavande or for couple and very young child in 1 bedroom La Boulangerie. Both gites can be rented together at reduced rate.
We retired here in 2007, celebrated our daughters wedding here in 2009 and modernized our 2 gites and rented them from 2012. We have had guests from 20 countries visit. Both of us used to row in UK so we wanted to continue that at Saumur rowing club on the Loire.
