This is self contained, light and spacious accommodation with it's own entrance. We are very rural so a car is necessary. It is great for walking and cycling enthusiasts. We are a working small holding so you are welcome to meet the animals and use the garden. We have an unheated swimming pool which you are welcome to enjoy on the hot summer days.
We have sheep, pigs, pygmy goats, hens/cockerels, turkeys and 4 border collies who love having visitors.
The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. There is a lovely dinning room table that seats 6 people.
There is a lounge area which over looks the back yard with the hens and goats. There is a tv and log burner.
There is a bedroom upstairs which is very large with vaulted ceiling, it has an en suite shower and toilet and also a walk-in wardrobe. There is a seating area to enjoy a good book. The bed is king size but there is a sofabed and an additional single bed can be provided please just let us know when booking.

Log burner in the lounge area which heats the whole of downstairs (dining room and kitchen) as open plan. There are electric radiators upstairs in the bedroom and en suite and walk-in wardrobe.
There is a tv with a dvd player. Swimming pool - unheated.
There is a large garden and a terrace where you can enjoy meals outside. The pool is fenced and the gated.
There is parking on the property for you to use.
Roger, Sandra and Chris moved to France towards the end of 2016, for a new adventure.<br/><br/>Roger and Sandra moved to France for a change in Lifestyle, wanted to escape the rat race and desk jobs. So since we enjoyed France and had many family holidays with Chris and Sarah our children we decided to take the plunge and move to France permanently. Chris came with us to carry on his farming career in France.<br/><br/>We have a small holding on-site, with hens, pigs, sheep, goats & turkeys.

|Why this location?||We wanted to live in rural France and since Chris was coming with us it is good for agriculture. We have plenty of walks/cycling routes from the property. Lakes about 50 minutes away, Futuroscope about an hour away, La Vallée des Singes is about an hour and 20 minutes away, great day out for all the family. We would also be good for people travelling up and down France as it is a lovely spot to break the journey.|

Great place to share a drink and pleasant evening. It is open every Friday evening from approximately 6.30pm. This is great place to mix with the locals and is very welcoming.
This is a lovely, friendly restaurant with great service and food. It is open for lunch and evening meals, worth booking to save disappointment. Closed on Wednesdays.
This is an apple farm that has its own restaurant - it serves meals midday and evenings - you need to book for this venue.
This is one of the biggest markets in France, bustling with activity, it is only on the 29th of the month unless that is a Sunday then it will be held on the Monday. Fresh produce, poultry, clothing, butchers, to name just a few of the stalls.
This is the city of books and writing. It has the Macaron Museum with the history of the Macaron. Great cafes and restaurants. Les Marchés des Producteurs are evenings held in the towns where you can buy local produce and it is cooked for you and you can sit and enjoy the evening.
This is a monkey sanctuary at Romagne (about an hour and half from us) - great day out for all the family - use the on-site café or take a picnic.
This is found at Civaux and is another great family day out.
This is a lake about 45 minutes from us, there is plenty to do from walking, swimming, water sports. Covers 312 hectares.
