This large and gorgeous family villa can sleep up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms (with additional bed in living room). Three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, with a fourth bathroom on the ground floor.

On the ground floor of the villa is a modern air-conditioned kitchen and dining room with an American style fridge-freezer, kitchen island with oven and hob, double dishwasher and everything you will need for a perfect self-catering holiday.

There is a bathroom with toilet and shower on the ground floor as well as a utilities room with washing machine and dryer and an old wine cellar for storage.

Off the kitchen is a cool and cosy lounge with wood burning stove and a selection of books for you to enjoy. This leads through to the ground floor bedroom which can be made up as a double or 2 singles.

Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a twin room with 2 single beds.

On the second floor is the fifth bedroom which is a triple room with a double bed and a single bed and an en suite bathroom.

The top floor is home to the main living room, air-conditioned with large sofa, tv and a selection of boardgames. This room can sleep an extra guest in a single bed making the total occupancy 12 guests.

The house has private, gated parking large enough for several vehicles. Through a further gate you will find the private swimming pool and pool deck and a large courtyard with family dining table. There is a covered summer kitchen with bbq to enjoy those long summer nights.

The modern air-conditioned kitchen and dining room has an American style fridge-freezer. Cooking is on a kitchen island with an oven and hob. Catering for lots of people are double dishwashers. Everything about this kitchen is stylish but still very livable - a great large table with wishbone chairs for dining, space to mill around drinking wine, and doors straight outside.

The main living room is on the top floor, a lovely relaxing space with air-conditioning, and a great large sofa, with tv and a selection of boardgames.

The cosy ground floor bedroom can be made up as a double or 2 singles.

On the first floor there are 2 very pretty double bedrooms, both with en suite, and a twin bedded bedroom.

Why this location? Bize is a beautiful village, one of the prettiest in the area and surrounded by beautiful garrigue landscape, plus excellent restaurants and the beaches of the Mediterranean within about 40 minutes.

It combines a huge amount of space, with amazing style and a very welcoming interior with great outside dining space and an excellent pool.
