Welcome to Villa Isabelle - a contemporary family home built in traditional Mediterranean style perfectly located in the town of Pezenas, in the heart of Languedoc.
Close to both sea and mountains, the area provides a great base for active holidays such as walking and cycling, or lounging by the beautifully maintained pool or at one of the many Blue Flag beaches 20 minutes away.
Villa Isabelle is located on a gated domaine, where guests enjoy a beautiful, shared pool area. The villa itself sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms, and is perfectly equipped for year-round living.

Enjoy a pleasant 10 minute walk to the heart of the lively town: Pézenas is known for its street cafes and wine bars, artists and craftsmen and a highly regarded Saturday market. The town is a cultural delight with frequent attractions during the year including free concerts, theatre, art exhibitions, street parties and the wonderfully atmospheric late night shopping in the old town.
The old town heart of Pézenas is made for strolling at a gentle pace, discovering new delights each time. Browse the art galleries and craft workshops, enjoy watching potters and stonemasons at work. Treat yourself to a glacé or a pichet du vin.

The small kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine, fridge-freezer, hob, full oven and microwave. There's a second fridge-freezer in the utility cupboard ideal for chilling drinks and ice.
Living room: This spacious living area features a dining table and chairs, dresser (containing dvds, boardgames and books), and a comfortable seating area with 3 seater sofa, armchair, UK, French and Sky tv, dvd, hi-fi. Excellent wi-fi internet access is free of charge for guests.
Theres a large ceiling fan to keep you cool, with patio doors leading to the beautiful, sunny garden terrasse (40 sq m).
Bedroom 1 – A romantic master bedroom enjoying stunning views of countryside and Pezenas town. It has a king size bed, ceiling fan, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables and lamps. This room sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2 – A family room for 2-3 sharing, with side pool views. It has a triple bunk, 4ft6 double bed below, 3ft single above, wardrobe, ceiling fan.
Upstairs also has a modern family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet and washbasin.
Theres also a second toilet downstairs.
Electric heating in all rooms.
A beautiful, residents-only swimming pool is close to the villa, open from 15 May to 30 Sept, 8am to 9pm. (It is secured by a coded entrance and fenced off for safety). Shower and toilet facility, maintained to high standard. It enjoys superb views of the countryside.

Blue Flag Beaches: As you would expect from its proximity to the Mediterranean, there's a huge choice of beaches in the area. The largest resort in the area is Cap d’Agde, a 25 minute drive from Pézenas. We can recommend the Grau d'Agde beach resort with playground and lots of restaurants nearby, or Tamarissiere, a beautiful unspoilt and family-friendly beach (shallow, flat calm). Portiragnes Plage is one of the most impressive beaches in the region, with a variety of beach shops, beach bars and snack places nearby. All beaches 20/25 minutes drive from the house. Pézenas Town Pézenas is a beautifully-preserved medieval town with authentic French character and charm. Fantastic Saturday market, lots of restaurants, traditional bakeries, cafés and wine bars. Markets Pézenas Saturday market is considered the best in the region. Great food abounds. Don't miss it wherever you choose to stay. Canal du Midi This Drive/cycle around the villages and towns, very French and picturesque. Cycling/Scenery Very scenic French roads around local area some small roads, some amazing views and off the beaten track. We have suggested routes, maps and plenty of advice on how to get the most out of cycling in this dream area! Vineyards, quiet country roads, stunning scenery. Tennis – locally available in town. Horse riding - a number of trekking stables within 5km radius of the town. (Check Pézenas tourist office website for contact details). Lac de Salagou – inland lake 25 mins north of Pezenas. Treat your kids to a day out at the Aqualand Water Park in nearby Cap d'Agde. Dinosaur Land, on the road to Montagnac, 15 mins away, Planetarium (Montpellier), Aquarium (Montpellier or La Grande Motte), Aigues Mortes/Camargue Carcassonne Very beautiful, medieval castle, a huge tourist attraction (there is a car park near the main entrance). Lots of shops and restaurants.
