The second bedroom can be set up as 2 twin beds or one superking.
The third bedroom is an option for a 3rd child, it only has a velux window. This house has a 4 star rating when rented as a house with 2 bedrooms, the third bedroom is not at a 4 star rating.
The en suite bathroom is new with a huge Italian shower with rainshower head and beautiful marble stone floor.
The family bathroom is functional with a shower over bath, new double basin and new wc. It's not up to the style of the rest of the house however.
There is a wood stove on the top floor for lovely cosy evenings and the bedrooms have plug in radiators with timers.

Most people tend to spend more time on the upper terrace because of the views. It leads directly from the kitchen area and has a plancha bbq, dining table and lounge furniture. It's around 25sqm so it's effectively another large outdoor room.
The garden is Mediterranean style with jasmine, lavender and rosemary. The pool deck is accessed via the garage and the pool is 2.4m diameter.
The garage is suitable for parking a motorbike or bikes but the angle is too tight to park a large car so it's street parking only for cars.
Not suitable for people who don't like stairs!

|Unique benefits of property||I fell in love with the terrace and view and bough the house that came with it! The terrace is very private, very sunny, almost South facing and protected from the wind on 3 sides - so if there is sun anywhere in the Herault it will be here. That's why it is so popular from April to October. Since then I completely gutted it, rewired, added a bathroom, a new kitchen, insulation, beautiful travertine tiles, a pool and deck - it has everything you need for a relaxing sunny holiday.|
We have a dog and walk every day in the vines or take short drives to other locations for walks. Bit by bit I am adding these walks to Wikiloc so if you come here you will have lots of ready made trails to follow. The walking is great year around as the scenery changes significantly with the seasons and we usually have blue skies even in winter.
