The apartment is ideal for a family of up to 5 people.
You have access to an outdoor pool open from mid-May to mid-October depending on the weather. Secure private parking. There is a launderette on site.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, mini oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee-maker.
The living room contains a sofa which opens out into a double sofabed. There is a large screen tv provide with French free to air tv channels.
The main bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to form a double bed if required. The beds are 78cm wide by 198cm long. There is a 1.2 m wardrobe for clothes storage. Heating is by electric heater. The window is fitted with a manually operated mosquito screen.
The entrance hall contains a single bed which is 70cm wide by 180cm long, not quite full size but adequate for a child.
Bath with over bath shower and wash handbasin with storage cabinet underneath. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Space heating is by elecric wall mounted heaters.
The complex is residential only.There is a wide selection of restaurants and bars available in St Cyprien Plage.
The complex is of low rise construction surrounded by ample green open space. Pets are welcome but we do ask you to keep them under control and clean up after them. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the view of fairway five of the Le Foret course.
Secure car parking on site with access by coded entrance gate.
The apartment is ideally suited to a family of up to five.
