|Why this location?||When we first saw the detached Villa standing in about four thousand square metres of land, we fell in love with it as it is in the real Spain, with no immediate neighbours. It is situated about a mile outside the village which we look down on from our elevated position on the side of a mountain. The air is clean and clear and it is totally quiet with the odd noise of a tractor purring away in the distance and sometimes the muffled sound of a dog barking. Locally there are quaint little shops also bars and restaurants, the nearest supermarket is about eight miles away on empty roads, and close to where the motorway complex starts.
