Please note as of May 2016, we have waived meet & greet and changeover day charges. Often, you will find with other villa rentals that such charges (usually not less than £150) are hidden from you and are a surprise on your arrival or before your check-out.

Casa de Sueños is a large spacious modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (plus cloakroom with wc) villa, set in its own grounds on the outskirts of the peaceful town of Gata de Gorgos. 

This is the perfect villa for families and couples who want a peaceful holiday. 

The large lounge comprises of a dining area with satellite hd tv, dvd and cd/radio. Amenities include free wi-fi, free parking, air-conditioning and an amazing private garden and pool. Inside a standing bar and electric fan, large six seater dining table as well as brand new furniture are available. The fully equipped kitchen which adjoins to the lounge contains a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, gas hob and an electric oven, a microwave and a full range of kitchen utensils including the crockery. 

Leading from the kitchen is the laundry room where you can find a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as another sink. Next to the laundry room is a cloakroom with wc which is convenient for the ground floor use.

On the mezzanine floor upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms located; 1 with a double bed, and 1 with 2 single beds. Also on this floor is a large bathroom with a separate wc.  Ascending to the stairs on the top floor is the master suite with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom and a large flat screen hd tv with over 50 channels. A safe can be accessed on this floor. The master suite also opens to a large balcony with spectacular views, where you may enjoy a private breakfast or al fresco dining. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning units.

The Naya on the ground floor, which is an enclosed seating area for up to 6 people with cosy rattan furniture and patio doors, can be accessed both from the lounge and the kitchen, offering an alternative place for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery any time of the day. The patio doors open to the terrace outside where you can enjoy a beautiful garden, a large outdoor dining table and a gas barbecue. Through the steps leading down to the private pool, sunbeds, chairs and tables with umbrellas can be accessed. 

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

*Guests may stay at the property within the agreed period of time as per booking in order to enjoy holiday facilities provided.
*Holiday premises may not be used by 3rd parties or additional guests that are not part of the booking.
*Guests are responsible for their own safety and security during their stay.
*Guests accept responsibility for any losses or damages that may occur during their stay and they inform the caretaker or the homeowner about any damages or losses immediately. Any unreported loss or damage may mean a delay in amending the problem and a further loss that needs to be assessed.
*Guests accept to pay a security deposit of £250 per booking. This amount is refunded only after a SUCCESSFUL full house inspection within 14 days of leaving.
*In the event of substantial damages or losses, guests accept to cover the costs of such damages or losses in full, should their security deposit fall short to cover the costs. Guests are responsible for keeping the premises safe and secure during their stay and follow the house rules (and common sense) in this regard.
*Bookings are inclusive of Meet & Greet and Change Over Day (usually Saturdays) charges. Should guests need any cleaning services during their stay, they must arrange this with the caretaker. For extended stays, we offer clean bedding and towels every two weeks- subject to €10 service charge per visit. Guests accept to keep the premises clean and they are welcome to use all the utilities such as washing machine, dish washer, hoover...provided.
*Only ONE pet is welcomed. Guests accept that their pet is a responsibility when they take it with them on a holiday and they should be vigilant over their pet. Please note we require €30 (£25) to cover the extra costs to clean the premises later. This money should be given to our caretaker on the change over day.
*All payments should be realised within the agreed period of time. If a guest misses a payment or cancels his/her booking and their action constitutes a potential financial loss, the villa owner has the right NOT to refund previous payment/s. All early bookings (Sept-Feb) payments must be finalised by April 1.
*For bookings that are made during the peak season (May-August) payments should be finalised as soon as possible and no later than 45 days prior to their check-in date. Failure to do this will result in the cancellation of a booking and the loss of payment/s made.
*When time constraints and we cannot accept 2 separate payments, guests may be required to make one single transaction in full instead.
*Holiday makers may not demand a full refund after a booking is made. No more than 50% of payment/s they have made is refunded in the case of cancellations whatever excuses are presented. To resolve the matter amicably instead, the villa owner may offer an alternative date for holiday makers. This is subject to availability of the premises.
*All reservations and bookings are updated regularly to reflect the change on our calendars on this listing.

The kitchen has following facilities available:

One very large living room with:

2 two seater sofas, 1 three seater sofa, coffee-table, electric fan, dining table for 6, standing bar, books, cd player, dvd player, stereo, radio, .free wi-fi, 1 smart HD tv with English/French satellite channels and free media entertainment system with hundreds of movies ready to watch.

Bedrooms

There are 3 large bedrooms.
On the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and the top floor there is a large ensuite master bedroom with a balcony.
Fitted wardrobes, A/C units and gas central heating radiators in ALL bedrooms.
There are mosquito nets to all windows and shutters.
The en suite master bedroom has a dressing room area with wardrobes, a mini fridge and a large TV.
The en suite master bedroom has a large balcony with fantastic views of the mountains and towards Javea and the sea.
The en suite master bedroom comprises of a shower cubicle, bath, bidet and a separate wc. The family bathroom is on the 1st floor with a separate wc.
The master bedroom has a safe, a large HD tv with popular English / French channels, free media entertainment system ancl an adult movie section, a tower media player for tv and smart phone; a mini bar fridge, balcony table and chairs.

Heating

No heating necessary during the summer. The air-conditioning units in the bedrooms are dual purpose: hot and cold. We do not recommend the use of gas radiators during the summer as this will be reflected on the rental price as a surcharge.

Entertainment

Hd tv sets (one in the master bedroom and one in the lounge) have satellite tv channels in English / French and free movie/media systems. Spanish tv channels are available locally. The master bedroom has a tower media player with radio and a smart phone re-charge utility. Also card and boardgames, a cd player with radio are available.
