Detached Andalusian-style villa set in its own grounds of 4 acres. Internally Finca Pichon has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a large spacious lounge and fitted kitchen. The finca also offers wi-fi and air conditioning. Outside, the finca nestles on the side of a valley and is surrounded by it's own groves of olive and walnut trees, interspersed with muscatel grapes. A paved terrace area with bbq leads to the private swimming pool and garden beyond. There is ample off-road parking for several vehicles.
Fitted kitchen separated from the dinning area by large breakfast bar. Facilities in the kitchen are gas hob with electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster etc. Dining table with 6 chairs also 6 stools if you prefer to eat at the breakfast bar.
Large lounge with open fire. Large tv, video, dvd and wi-fi. Two sofas in the lounge area and a dining table and chairs in the dining area.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, seating area and en suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and heating.
Big family bathroom with bath, shower, wc, bidet.
En suite shower room to bedroom 1 with shower and wc.
In the 3 bedrooms there are wall units that are both air conditioning units and heaters. In the lounge there is an open fire. There is also a portable gas fire.
There is a large tv in the lounge with dvd and video player connected. W-fi throughout the Finca. A large selection of films, books, boardgames and puzzles are available.
Finca Pichon nestles on the side of a valley surrounded by olive, walnut, almond and pine trees. There is a gated driveway leading to the property with ample off road parking. Walk out of the front door onto a shaded patio complete with table and chairs. Leading to a sunterrace with private pool. Around the pool are numerous sunloungers and plastic pool chairs. Please note that this pool is not fenced so please take care with small children. On the other side of the pool is a shaded garden area with table and chairs for that quiet afternoon shady spot.
Below the pool is a utility room housing a washing machine and tumbledryer.
There is ample parking within the fenced area for several cars
The Finca is in a rural location and a car would be needed to really enjoy your holiday. The nearest village is a good 20 minute walk away and the walk is very steep. The area is fantastic for walking and outdoor activities.
My husband and I live in Pays de la Loire, Northern France. We are currently renovating an old farmhouse and buildings. We have two older children who when younger enjoyed spending the whole of the school holidays at the Finca. <br/><br/>We spend as much time as possible enjoying the peace and tranquillity of our second home.

|Why this location?||We bought the four acres of olive grove in the summer of 1999. With the help and guidance of a local builder we transformed the exisiting finca into a beautiful home that the whole family could enjoy throughout the year.
We love the serenity of the mountains which are perfect for walking or picnicking by the spring fed streams.
|Unique benefits of property||After a long day out in the mountains it is the perfect end to come back to the Finca and sit by the pool watching the sun go down. Perhaps lighting the barbecue and having a leisurely meal with family and friends.
However, if you would prefer a restaurant meal the village is only a 10 minute drive away.
Within the local village of Canillas de Albaida there are some excellent restaurants: the Plaza restaurant in the main square by the church, Bar Cerezo, Ramon and Antonio’s bars on the road out of the village towards Cómpeta. In Archez there is Venta el Curro
