Luxury living, beautiful views of the Mediterranean.. This apartment is in a coastal setting.

Spain's Mediterranean Coast. A luxury beachfront apartment three bedrooms and two bathrooms, set in the beautiful National Trust Park area of the Costa del Azahar. The area has been awarded the ECC blue flag award for its clean beaches and water quality. The unspoilt village of Las Fuentas with its own private marina and waterside restaurants are a casual stroll from our apartment. We enjoy the most enviable position as we are front facing, right on the beach with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean sea. We enjoy exclusive private gardens to the rear with 2 excellent swimming pools. The Costa del Azahar, or Orange Blossom Coast, is named after the dense citrus groves of the area. The jewel of Spain's Mediterranean Coast. A warm friendly community live in this area, and there are mountain walks to explore. So many things to do and get access to, watersports, mountain biking, coastal biking, golf, fishing and much more. Further afield you can visit Valencia, Castellon and Barcelona. Not far away, approx 18miles, is the old coastal fortress of Peniscola, location of the film 'El Sid' with its markets and street traders.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped, leading to a door to a utility area of the main patio/balcony. You have everything you need, electric oven, hob, toaster, slow cooker, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and outdoor airer.

The apartment has 3 separate patios for dining. One facing the gardens from bedrooms 1 and 2. The second is outside bedroom 3 but in a covered area for shade, ideal for reading and relaxing away from the sunshine. The third is large balcony overlooking the beach and the Mediterranean sea. All are great for eating al fresco. The best one for eating in the evening is the one overlooking the beach and watching the world go by!

You can also dine indoors.

Living rooms

Large living and dining area. Leather settee, soft cloth fabric settee with cover over. Inner drinks tables, side lights, subtle wall lights, and reading lamp. Tv with access to Sky. Dvd player, video player and some selected movies. Radio/cd player.

Double width patio doors lead to main balcony with fantastic views out to sea.
Large area for dinning outside and sunbathing on the reclining chairs.

Inner access to side entrance door, inner hall, and table for books etc.


Bed 1, has en suite bath and shower with screen. Bidet and toilet, large sink unit with storage units for toiletries.
Large double bed, inner built-in cupboards and storage shelves. Mirror and side lamps bedside on small wooden units. Door leads on to patio over looking gardens at rear.

Bed 2, has large double bed, with bedside units and lamps. Storage cupboards with shelves built in. Door leading to rear patio overlooking the gardens.

Bed 3, two single beds, one under, and one cross over above. Storage units for books etc and separate cupboard for storage. Door leads to patio/balcony 2 with outdoor table and chairs.


Two bathrooms in the apartment. One main bathroom en suite to bedroom one, with a bath, shower with screen, toilet, bede and sink unit with storage.

Second bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink unit located in the inner hall.


We had aircon fitted many years ago during the build stage but rarely used it. For this reason, and to help the environment we have not replaced/recharged it as it runs down. Spanish regulation has meant recharge gas for those units are no longer available. This means that only bed 1 and bed 2 have units that are still working. But when they go, they go, as we have decided not to replace them. We feel better by adapting to the climate and using the stone door stops to allow natural air, sea breeze through the apartment.


Some dvds, videos and cds are in the apartment. Feel free to add to them!
Tv with Sky, dvd player, video player, radio and cd player.

Garden and outside

Beautiful gardens with private access only. Lots of garden space with well matured shrubs and lawns are well attended. Two large swimming pools amongst the grounds, all private use only and secure.

Parking and garages

Private secure underground parking. Cool area for storage of beach items and instant access to beachside.

Visitor suitability

Suits all. No high rise here. Our apartment has one set of steps giving the elevated view, which is easy access. No elevators here.

Information about any additional facilities

Some beach chairs for use beachside are available on the beach and you can get lilos etc as well. We leave some things for use, but if they have been broken we do not replace. Most guests leave some nice usable chairs etc there.

We are John and Jane, we love France and have our home here, in the beautiful area of Aquitaine, south of Bergerac, between the Dordogne and the Lot et Garonne rivers.

Why this location? Not overwhelmed by tourism, and traditional buildings kept to good order. Real Spanish flavour.
Unique benefits of property Las Jardines is beautiful gardens. We also have 2 private pools for the use of residents only. Underground parking, again private, keeps car cool at all times. Just on the other side we have access to Las Fuentas beach, Playa on the Med.

Our sandy beach is right outside the front side and has breakwater protection which makes swimming a real pleasure. You just need to walk in!
There are also other beaches close by and easy to explore.

Al fresco eating

You can walk to the Marina and eat out at many restaurants. Further choices, and walkable are available in Alcocebre.

Absolutely wonderful apartment! A true gem in a perfect location. John and Jane are excellent hosts and communication with them has been easy at all times.

The apartment is very spacious, perfectly equipped, and probably the very best location in Alcossebre’s premier complex. We shall miss the view and the sound of the sea.
