Large patio sliding doors lead directly out onto the balcony.There is free high speed fibre wi-fi and flat screen television showing all main British channels and also Ipod docking station and dvd player. All rooms have air con which can both cool during summer months and heat during cooler months.
2 bedrooms: Master bedroom has double bed with huge floor to ceiling wardrobes, marble floor and new drawer pack. The master bedroom has an full en suite with shower over bath, wc, bidet and washbasin. Air con is provided.

Reserva de Marbella has 4 pools including a lovely children's paddling pool. The main pool is huge and has an extensive shallow end perfect for smaller children. There is also a jacuzzi. On an evening the pool is beautifully lit up.
Reserva de Marbella is set in wonderful tropical gardens complete with fountains and waterfalls. There is plenty of space around the pools where guests can take their own sunbeds down (provided in the apartment) so no need go down at the crack of dawn to reserve a sunbed as there are no communal ones.
The apartment comes with it's own reserved parking space in the garage, there is a lift from the garage to the 2nd floor so no steps to climb.
Ideal for families or couples. As access at the back through the main door is at ground floor which leads directly to the apartment there are no steps to climb so no problem for guests with mobility issues.
The apartment has marble floors, electric air con heating for low season and comes with a secure garage parking space. There is a phone entry system for your added security. Cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.

It was absolutely lovely and I honestly couldn’t find a fault with it. The flat was very homely and modern with all the creature comforts you would need for your stay. A home away from home. Amazing location, and close to the beach, and shops. Would definitely recommend it!

The owner was wonderfully organised and sent loads of information pre departure, and then the apartment itself was superb. It was large, very clean, had loads of great facilities and good views. Also Brian who was the local contact was a smashing guy. I would happily go back,

Alan is a retired primary school headteacher living near Huddersfield. He spent some time as a lecturer/tutor at Manchester, Leeds and Bradford Universities. He has recently finished writing his first children's book - 'Don't Get Mad..' which has just been published. |Why this location?||Within easy walking distance of Puerto Cabopino with its stylish marina and plentiful bars and restaurants. Cabopino beach has sunbeds, pedalos, lifeguards, beach bars etc.. Nearest restaurants and bars are a short 10 min stroll away from the apartment. Nearest beach is 20 min walk, 2/3 mins in the car. Marbella centre is 10 min by car. Just an easy 40 min drive from Malaga airport.|
