A spacious “homely” house, well equipped and stylishly presented.
Although Le Pilou is situated in a very rural setting about 3.5km from the nearest shops (but 2 minute walk from an excellent traditional French restaurant), it is ideally situated for visiting many places of interest.
The large gas BBQ and outside eating area were well used by us.
Communication with the owners, Mark and Kate was excellent and friendly and much more personable than is usual.
In many ways a perfect holiday base.
