Why this location? We were attracted to the area due to the close proximity to the chateau, especially Chambord which is only 10 minutes away, and the wonderful things to do in the area.

The property was in a very peaceful secluded location on the outskirts of a small village. Set in a large garden shared with the owner's main house. The property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. The owner was on hand to answer questions and resolve any issues. Good location for exploring this part of the Loire valley. Slightly disappointing that French television channels were not available, the satellite reception variable and controls somewhat complicated. More information about a wider range of local restaurants would have been useful. Notwithstanding these observations, I would certainly recommend this property to a friend or relative.
