Our beautiful home is located in the heart of the vibrant village of Ecueille. The property benefits from off-street parking for 1 car and is comfortably furnished for 5 people.
Downstairs you will find a kitchen with dining area and a large sitting room. There are 3 bedrooms; 1 double with en suite bathroom, 1 twin room and 1 single room. The twin room and single room are separated by a family bathroom. All bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the house.
A large kitchen and dining room which runs the length of the property. The front door opens directly into the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed with oven, hob, microwave, coffee-filter machine, toaster and kettle.
There is a logburner in the room, in addition to the electric heating
The dining area has a large old refectory table which comfortably seats 6 people.
Three large sofas are grouped around the woodburning stove providing plenty of seating and space to relax.
There are 3 bedrooms; 1 double with en suite bathroom, 1 twin room and 1 single room. The twin room and single room are separated by a family bathroom.
All bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the house.
There is an en suite bathroom with bath, toilet and basin. There is a family bathroom with bath (with shower over), toilet and basin. Downstairs is a toilet and basin.
Heating is provided by electric heaters. There are also 2 woodburners (1 in the kitchen and 1 in the living room) for use during colder weather.
Wi-fi is provided throughout. There is no tv.
Outside the rear door there is a small terrace with table, chairs and umbrella. At the front of the house is a small enclosed courtyard with parking. Access to the village playground and fishing lake is via a bridge at the end of the road. (It is possible to get to the playground without going on the main roads).
Parking is provided in the front of the property.
It is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility as there are steps in to the front of the house, a step down from the kitchen to the living room and also steps onto the bottom landing of the staircase.
We are a very active family who love exploring France.

|Why this location?||The house is located in the heart of the village and directly opposite the old village church. (The new village church is located just up the road). Everything is within walking distance and there is so much to see and do in the area.|

Zoo Parc Beauval is a short drive away. It is regarded as one of the top 10 in the world and they are constantly expanding their site and developing the attractions.
This is located in the village and runs regularly during the summer.
The Touraine is famous for it's delicious white and rose wine. Vouvray is also close-by and famous for both its still and sparkling wines.
