The property is a large maison bourgeoise built in 1886.
It is a family home sleeping up to 12 and able to provide generous accommodation for an extended family, 2 families, or group of friends. The property is extremely private and perfectly tranquil, set in over 2 hectares of land very close to the historic village of Genillé. It has its own pool which is heated allowing for swimming for 6 months of the year.
Luxurious, extremely spacious and very comfortable, the house is equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday and it's location provides an ideal base for exploring the Loire Valley and visiting the grand chateaux of the Loire, any time of the year.

Beautiful riverside town with a Sunday market and 2 chateaux including the Clos Lucé where Leonardo Da Vinci lived.
A wonderful fairytale chateau, large, beautifully set in parkland.

Houses the only giant pandas in France. Very committed to the protection of endangered species and classed among the 15 most beautiful zoos in the world, the Zoo. Parc de Beauval is a magical and unforgettable zoo. More than 5700 animals are housed: koalas, okapis, manatees, tree kangaroos, Tigers and white lions.
Great house for a family or friends to spend some time together. Good rooms and a cool pool. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is a nice bakery, a shop and a bar in the village but not much else as the restaurant next door was closed. I would recommend Villa du Breuil to my friends.
The house was as described. It was superb, cool and welcoming with lovely decor but very child friendly . Everyone loved it . The children & younger adults spent most of the time in the garden and pool. Good walking & cycling with a very friendly cafe. A well supplied local small supermarket & interesting villages to visit plus a zoo.
A fantastic house with everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. The garden and pool are the highlights but the house itself is incredible.
A great location with modest drives to everything you need and many places of interest.
The village itself is quieter than we expected with a number of businesses having closed fully or in part but the boulangerie is open from Tues to Sat. Sadly the next door restaurant was closed during our stay due to an accident suffered by one of the owners but it looks fabulous so hopefully they will be OK and it will re-open.
The owners and staff of the Villa were incredibly helpful and all their local recommendations were excellent. The zoo at Beauval is a must see, as is Chenonceau where the Orangerie restaurant provided the best meal of our holiday.
