Janet and Stephen Scollay moved to France ten years ago. They have renovated their beautiful white stone walled property to a very high standard. They are charming hosts who are happy to recommend local places to visit as well as recommendations for restaurants, vineyards and the more unusual visits. They have an extensive knowledge of the area and speak fluent French. They also run a stud farm breeding dressage and eventing horses nearby.

|Why this location?||The location is beautiful and peaceful, yet not far from many of the Loire Valley chateaux and vineyards. The medieval town of Loches is just 20 minutes drive and the city of Tours with its wonderful old town (vielle ville) full of great cafés and restaurants is within easy reach. The people from La Touraine are friendly and Paris is only 1 hour away by train! Those are the reasons that we chose this area!!|
|Unique benefits of property||Superbly renovated with comfort in mind. Combining the traditional white stone buildings with modern, tasteful decor. Attention to detail so that your stay will be hassle free!|
